assign the booth space that is requested, but no guarantees are made or implied as to the placement and decisions will be made at the discretion of the committee. If electrical is required you must indicate on your reservation order. See floor plan.

Contract: Agreement made by and between the undersigned exhibitor (hereinafter called the exhibitor) and the High Point Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (hereinafter called the Chamber) producer of the Business Expo (hereinafter called the exhibition). We the undersigned exhibitor, hereby acknowledge that we have reserved exhibit booth(s) as stated on the registration form for our exclusive use at the exhibition. We understand the exhibit booth space is on a first come, first served basis, and the Chamber reserves the right to reassign booth space. The exhibit space is to be used by us for the display of only our products and services and for no other purpose. In consideration of reserving said exhibit space (s) for us during the exhibition, we agree to pay the Chamber a total sum noted on the registration form. Cancellations received in writing before May 1st are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booth rental fee. No refunds will be made after May 7th, 2010. We hereby understand and agree that neither the City of High Point, the High Point Chamber of Commerce, the show decoration service provider, and other sponsors, nor the members of the 2010 Expo committee, will be liable for any loss, personal injury or damage to the property of exhibitors or their employees due to fire, theft, accidents, or any cause whatsoever that may arise from the use and occupancy of provided space or building. The exhibitor agrees to indemnity and hold harmless the City of High Point, the High Point Chamber of Commerce, the show decoration service provider, and other sponsors, and the members of the 2010 Expo committee, against any and all liability arising from any or all damage to property or personal injury or loss caused by the exhibitor, it’s agents representatives, employees, invitees or any other such persons. We hereby agree to abide by all rules and regulations the Chamber has adopted or hereafter may adopt regarding the use of booth space and the exhibition. We agree that there are no oral or written agreements or representation other than those printed or written herewith, and that the application shall constitute a valid contract only when accepted in writing by the Chamber.
