Exhibitor Details

Date: Wednesday June 2, 2010
Where: IHFC, GROUND FLOOR, High Point, NC
Trade Show Hours: 1 - 5pm
Business After Hours: 5 - 7pm

Each booth includes:
10 x 8 x 6 space, draped booth and skirted 6’ table or
10 x 20 x 6 space, draped and skirted 6’ table

Internet Connection: is available at this location

Electrical: is available at this location, must be requested by exhibitor

Exhibitor Setup:
You will be greeted and welcomed to IHFC starting at 8:00am. In addition, we will provide exhibitors a lounge area to take a break and relax during the day; make phone calls, etc.

Setup: day of the show 8:00am—11:00am IHFC Wrenn Dock

Trade Show Floor: 1 - 5pm the floor is open to the public

Exhibitor Lounge: Hours available 8:00am—7:00pm

Exhibitor Award: "best in show award" voted on by attendees

Dismantling Hours: Displays must not be dismantled until 7:00pm on the day of the show, June 2, 2010. A $100 fine penalty will be assessed to any exhibitor that dismantles their booth prior to close of show. All exhibits must be dismantled and removed from the exhibit hall by 9:00pm on June 2, 2010.ay of the show 7:01pm - 8:00pm  

Business After Hours socializing event—5-7pm
